April 2022 Fundraising Update
The Spencer Home Foundation was established to support the on-going needs of the residents of the Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home. Funds raised allow the Foundation to purchase items not provided by the Provincial Government.
Our current goal is to continue fundraising to reach $150,000 to purchase 100 dressers and night stands for resident rooms in Section One to replace aging (49 years old) furniture. To date, we have raised approximately $35,000 of the $150,000. In 2015/2016, the Foundation successfully raised enough funds to purchase the same for Section Two.
We need your help to reach this goal!!!
You may donate in memory of a loved one by sending a cheque in the mail, drop of your donation to the Business Office or donating online to the Spencer Home Foundation at the Canada Helps website.

2019 Lily Banquet Fundraising Dinner – May 15, 2019
The Spencer Home Foundation’s Mission is to celebrate life and to help the residents of the Spencer Home to truly blossom in their years of maturity, enabling them to leave behind a lasting legacy. But this legacy is more than just client focused; it is also shared through the generous donations of supporters.

Your gifts will enable the Foundation to provide physical resources that are needed by the residents of Spencer Home and not provided through the Provincial Government’s budget; resources that will enhance their quality of life in many ways.
